A warm welcome awaits you at this four bedroomed holiday cottage set all on one level. Sleeping up to 8 people and a
baby over 4 bedrooms, there's plenty of room to bring the whole family. The cottage offers excellent facilities and has
been newly refurbished this year. It has full gas central heating so is ideal for a cosy retreat all year round.
Facilities
Through the front door the hallway leads to the fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hood and hob, fridge, freezer,
lcd television, toaster, kettle, microwave, breakfast bar and stools. All cupboards and drawers are well stocked with cuttlery,
glasses, mugs, saucepans, plates and bowls etc to make your stay as convenient as possible.
A glazed door leads to the open plan dining room and lounge. Dining room has table, chairs to seat eight people and a
high chair. The lounge has two leather sofas, an electric fire, television with dvd player and digi box and a mini hifi system.
A sliding glass door leads to the conservatory, with wicker chairs to sit and enjoy the fine sea views. A door leads to the
patio and garden.

Bathroom with bath, toilet, hand basin, heated towel rail and airing cupboard.
Shower room with shower, hand basin and toilet.
There is also a utility area with a washing machine, and access to a tumble drier if required.
Externally there is a patio with picnic table and bench. There is also a large lawn with a fenced off area
for children and pets to play safely. A gate leads to the fields and the Ceredigion Coastal footpath.
The driveway to the front of the house has ample parking for four cars.
